Welcome to Naim Guest House. These terms and conditions apply to all reservations made at our property. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservation Process

• Reservations must be made through our website, by phone, email, or through third-party platforms we partner with.
• Advance payment (subject to the specific terms of the selected rate) or a valid credit card will be required to secure your reservation.
• Reservations are subject to availability.

2. Payment Policies

• Full Payment: To complete a reservation, you must pay the full amount, unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation Policies

• Free Cancellation: If cancellation is made at least 2 hours after the reservation is completed, 100% of the payment made will be refunded.
• Late Cancellation: If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be issued.
• No Show: In case of not showing up on the day of the reservation without prior notice, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

4. Modification of the Reservation

• Changes to dates or length of stay are subject to availability and may result in differences in rates.
• If changes are made within 14 days of arrival, they are subject to availability and may result in differences in rates.

5. Check-in y Check-out

• Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. We are flexible for those arriving outside of these hours.
• Check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• If you wish to check in outside of scheduled hours, please contact us in advance to coordinate your arrival.

6. Age Policy

• Naim Guest House is designed for adults and accepts guests over 18 years of age.
• Children are NOT allowed to stay.
• 7. Use of the FacilitiesGuests must respect the rules and regulations of the establishment, including appropriate behavior and respect for other guests.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel's guestrooms or interior areas. Smoking areas are clearly marked.

8. Responsibility

• Damages and Losses: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property during their stay. Any damage will be assessed, and the cost of repair will be charged to the credit card provided.
• Lost Property: Naim Guest House is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises. We recommend that guests secure their personal belongings.

9. Room Conditions

• The accommodation offered is subject to availability, and you will be assigned the room corresponding to your reservation. If it is not available, we reserve the right to assign a room of a similar or higher category at no additional cost.

10. Pet Policy

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Naim Guest House, except in exceptional cases and upon prior arrangement.

11. Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our part of the contract (such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.), Naim Guest House will not be liable for any damages caused.

12. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Personal information collected during the reservation process will be used solely for purposes related to your stay at Naim Guest House and in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available for review.

13. Acceptance of the Terms

• By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will apply to future reservations.

14. Guest Registration and Documentation Delivery

• In compliance with tourism legislation and the legal requirements established by local authorities, all guests at Naim Guest House are required to present their personal documentation (DNI, NIE, passport, or other official identification document) upon check-in.
• This information will be recorded in the guest registry in accordance with the regulations established by Law 13/2011, of December 23, on Tourism in Andalusia, as well as the citizen security regulations that require tourist accommodations to keep a record of the people who stay overnight in their facilities.
• Failure to provide the requested documents upon check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation and denial of access to Naim Guest House facilities.
• The information provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for registration purposes with the competent authorities.
